These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Plekk ("we", "us", "our") and its website, mobile application, and related services (the "Service"). By accessing or using Plekk, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Plekk is currently under development and is not a registered business entity. This website and landing page are for informational and early access waitlist purposes only. There is no guarantee of app launch, feature delivery, or timeline. Any information provided is subject to change without notice. All communications are intended to keep you informed about the project status and do not constitute a commercial offer.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use Plekk. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

By joining the Plekk waitlist, you agree to receive email communications from us about early access, launch, and important updates. You can unsubscribe at any time by following the instructions in our emails.

2. User Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You agree to provide accurate and complete information.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Acceptable Use

• Do not use Plekk for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes.
• Do not harass, threaten, or harm other users.
• Do not upload or share content that is illegal, offensive, or infringes on others’ rights.
• Do not attempt to disrupt or compromise the Service’s security or integrity.

4. Content

• You retain ownership of content you submit, but grant Plekk a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute it for the purpose of operating the Service.
• Plekk may remove or restrict content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

5. Safety Disclaimer

Plekk facilitates real-world group activities. You participate at your own risk. Plekk is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage resulting from participation in activities organized through the Service. Always exercise caution and use your best judgment.

6. Intellectual Property

All Plekk content, trademarks, and branding are the property of Techeous B.V. or its licensors. You may not use, copy, or distribute our intellectual property without permission.

7. Third-Party Services

Plekk may link to or integrate with third-party services. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Use them at your own risk.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Plekk at any time, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.

9. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

• Plekk is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the Service.
• To the fullest extent permitted by law, Plekk and its owners are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Plekk, its owners, affiliates, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Rotterdam, Netherlands.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the date above. Continued use of Plekk after changes means you accept the new Terms.
